Michael Bartos
Michael Bartos is a medical doctor and psychiatrist living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. "Finding Lorena" is his second novel. He has lived in the low country of South Carolina and northern California, both of which are settings for Finding Lorena. His first novel is "BASH, Love, Madness, and Murder", a satirical account of a fictional state hospital and the lives and loves of the people who make the place work, or maybe not work. Bartos wrote this novel while serving as chief of staff of a large forensic hospital.
